We hold ourselves to the highest standard of customer service, and we want you to love your new kicks! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Please ship all returns to the address listed below within 30 days of purchasing your order. Your merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. In order to return an item you will need to download and fill out the return form found below.

Unfortunately, Nice Kicks cannot cover or refund the price of return shipping. We can only refund the cost of merchandise (Nice Kicks Premium).

Returns

If you're returning an item because of an error made by Nice Kicks, please contact us at customerservice@shopnicekicks.com to discuss shipping arrangements. If we are decidedly responsible for the issues warranting a return or exchange, we can refund or reimburse shipping cost up to $9.95. The remaining amount will be refunded when we receive and process your item(s).

You will have 30 days from the day you received your order to ship to the address below. Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of receiving the item with the exception of final sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel your order, we will do our best to do so; however, once the order is acknowledged by our warehouse, it’s more difficult to stop the process. Also, due to high demand, some products might sell out during the exchange process. To avoid this, we suggest, if possible, you place a new order for the correct item. Once your previous order is returned to us, we will waive any restocking fees.
